Section 2235$) The Board of Supervisors of the Gounty of Butte, State of California, ordain as follows: Section l: Said Board finds and determines that upon the basis of an engineering and traffic survey, the County highways hereinafter described come within the provisions of Section 22358 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, iri that a m~x~fium speed limit of sixty-five {65) miles per hour is more than is reasonable and safe on said highways, and determines and declares a prima facie speed limit on such County highways as follows: Section 2: That a prima facie speed limit of twenty-five (25) miles pe hour is hereby determined, declared and established upon the hereinafter des- cribed County highways, to wit: On all of Northview Drive On all of P~Ieadowview Drive On all of Brentwood Way On all of Westwood Way On all of Bowling Drive On all of Southview Drive On all of Glen Circle Drive On Glen Drive from Oroville-Quincy Highway to a point 1.0 miles north On Oroville-Quincy Highway from a point b00 feet westerly of Meadowvievr Brive to a point 600 feet easterly of Glen Drive Section 3: That SPEED LTP~IT 25 MILES signs be placed at appropriate locations on the roads described in Section 2. Section !~: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section $: The several features, parts, provisions, sections, and terms of this ordinance are hereby declared independent and severable, and the invali- dity, if any, of any feature, part, provision, section, or term thereof shall not affect the remainder of this ordinance nor render the same inoperative or in- valid.
