WHEItEAS, this Board intends to abandon a public ttighway
(to wit, a portion of Rosehill Road} as described below; and
WH~FtEAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code §956.8
this Board sha~.l set a date for a hearing on the ~etition for
abandonment.
NOW, ~HE~FORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by this Board:
1. That this Soard hereby ga.ves notice that at its regular
meeting on ~17 , 1979-, at 10:~0 a.m., in rhe Board
Chambers, ~utte County Administrati.on Building, Oroville, California,
a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the tollowing described
public highway:
Being a portion of the northeast quarter ot Section 27,
Townsh.a~p 22 North, Range 3 East, M.D,B.&M,, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Section 27;
thence along the following four courses to the tr~xe
point o£ beginning, I- Sauth 0°08'00" East, 30 feet;
2- South 89°34'00" West, 519.30 feet; 3- South 0°
51'00" East, 492.00 feet; 4- So~tk~. 89°34'00" West,
478.62 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence
South 0°51'00" East, 557.68 feet; thence South 89°34'
00" Wes~, 60.00 feet; thence North 0°51'00" Z~est,
519.30 fee~; th,ence North 89°34'00" East, 60.00 feet,
a11 being a portion of Rosehill Road 60 feet wide as
shown on the map of Rosehi7.1 Subdivision, Recorded in
Book 66 Maps of Record at Page 44, County of $utte,
State of Cal,ifornia.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Streets and Highways Code §95$.
