4JHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on January 23, 1979 adopted
Resolution No. 79-13, a resolution establishing a cash difference fund and
cash overage fund in the Butte County Recorder's Office in t~e sum of
~25.00; and
WHEREAS said Resolution No. 79-13 was adopted pursuant to the
provisions of California Government Code Section 29370; and
WHEREAS the Clerk-Recarder desires to have the account 9ncreased
to $50.00; and
WHEREAS the Clerk-Recorder is requesting reimbursement of the cash
difference fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE~ by the Board of Superv~sors of the
County of Butte, State of California as fol]ows:
1. Resolution No. 79-13 is hereby amended to increase the amount
of the cash difference fund and cash overage fund in accorda~ce with
Government Code Section 29370 from $25.00 to $50.00.
2. The Auditor of Bu~te County is hereby authorized and directed
to d;ssue a warrant for the sum of $50.00 in favor of the Recorder's office
of the County of Butte.
BE IT FURTH~R RESOLVE~ that in accordance with the provisions of
Government Code Section 29378 the cash d9fference fund in the Recorder's
office of the County of Butte is to be reimbursed in the amount of ~30.98.
