Oachs and others requesting the abandonment o~ a public utility
easement as described below; and
WfiEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §50440, et seg.,
th~s Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
N4W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
~. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on July 17 , 1979, at ~D~fl~ a.m. , in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following c3escribed easement:
AIJ. th.at certain 10-foot public utility easement
lying within Lot Z40 as sh.own on the Map of
"Pa~radise Pines Unit No. 4," recorded October 1,
1970, in Baok 35 Map of Record at Pages 97 through
1Q1, County of Butte, State of Calzfornia.
Excepting therefrom the northeasterly 30 feet.
2. That this Resolution be pos~ed and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50~40 and 50441.
