th~ Board of Supervisors of said E1 Paso Way; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has held
a public hearing on such ciosure; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Sectian 942.5 of ~he Streets and
~ighways Cade, a county highway may be ciosed; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors found ~hat the closure
of E1 Paso Way is necessary for ~he protection of the public due
to the fact that it is a winding street which has resu7ted in acci-
dents by speeding drivers causing damage to property a7ong the
street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Public Works
Director of the County of 8utte is hereby authorized to place a
barrier across E1 Paso Way ~n such location so as to preven~ ~hrough
traffic, but which will a]low access in a southerly direction for
the Cada de Flores mob~3e home park.
