The Board of Supervisars o~ the County of But~e resol.ves:
The D~1 Or~ Water Company has xeguested the County of Bu~~e
WDODRIDGE ASSESSMENT D~STRICT
to exacu~e a canveyanc~ covering ~he installat~on af a systezn af water
distribution facilities in Woodridge Assessmen~ D~.st~ict, County of
Bu.~te, State of California, which conveyance is a~tached and by
referenc~ made a part he~eo~.
Said conveyance is Exhibi~ "A" to ~h~ agreemen~ be~we~n
the Coun~y of Butte, Sam Fortino Rea~.ty, Inc., Paradise Pines Mobile
Home Estat~s, Inc., and D~1 Oro Water Campany, which agreemen~ is
dated March 14, ~,978.
The Chairman of ~he Board of Supervisors is authorized ta
sign the conveyance and the Caunty Clerk is autharized to attest its
execu~ion.

and regu~.arly adopted by the Board of Supervisors of th~ County of
Bu~te, State of California, at a~egu~.ar meeting thereof, held on

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the County of Butte, a
political subdivision of the State of California, for good and valuabl~
consideration, ~he receip~ whereof is hereby ack~ow~edged,' does,hereby
quitclaim un~o the DEL ORO WATER CON~ANY certain water distribution
~acilities heretofore installed and constructed within the boundaries
of Woodridge Assessment District, Caunty of Butte, State o~ Cali~ornia,
pursuant to proceed~ngs conducted by the Board o~ Supervisors of the
County of Butte under Resolution of Intention No. 78-1~, adop~ed on the
2~th day o£ January, 1978, and proceedings subseq~ent thezeto. A1~ of
the insta~~at~ons herein conveyed are in the County of Butte, State of
California, and within the easements, streets and public roads within
the boundaries of said district. Th~ approximate location of said
facilities is more particular~y shown and de~ineated on th~ plans showinc
the work to be dane ~n said assessment dis~rict, which said plans a~e ~
on fi~e in the o~fice o~ the Coun~y C1erk of.the County of Butte,
and said plans are hereby by th~s refer~nc~ made a part hereof.
The conveyan~e o~ said sys~em o~ water distrabu~ion fac~~ities
is made subject to th~ provisions set foxth ~n Sect~on 6 af that certaxn
agreement between ~he County of Butte, Sam Fort~no Realty, Inc., and
Paradise Pines Mobile Home Estates, InC., and Del Oro Water Company,
dated the ~~th day of March •, ~g7g, ~
