BE TT R~SOLV~D by the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the COU~TY OF BUT7E, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1. That ~he tabulatian of an~icipated revenues and praposed expendit~res
~or the fiscal year 1979-80 has been reviewed and revised under the direction of
~~is Soard, and now confor~s ~o i~s judgemen~ as a proper preliminary financial
program for said fisca1 year and is hereby adopted as ~he "Proposed Sudget of the
Coun~y of ~utte for the Fiscai Year 1979-80."
2. The "Proposed Budget" sha11 be reproduced and a sufficient number of
budget dacuments sha~l ~e prov~ded so ~ha~ each taxpayer who desi~es may obt~7n one,
and a copy sha11 immediately be forwarded to the Sta~e Contraller by the Auditor.
3. The Clerk of the Board sha]7 forthwith publish a not~ce once in a
newspa~er of general c~rcula~io~ s~ating that:
(a} The "Propased Budget" dacuments are available to ~axpayers
reques~ing them.
'(b} That this ~oard of Supervisors wiZl meet at Oraville an Tuesday,
Juiy 24, 1979 at 11 a.m.in ~he Board af Supervisors ~oam, in ~he Caunty Rdministra-
tion Build~ng, 1859 Bird Street,,in the Gity of Qrbvi~~e, County of Su~t~, State of
California, for the purpase of fixing the final budget and any taxpayer may appear
~hereat and be heard regarding the ~ncrease, d~crease ar om~ssion of any items of
~~e Budget or for the inc~usion of add~tianal items, al~ in accordance with 5ection
29,Ofi6 of the Government Code of ~~e State of California.
