Board of Supervisors of the Couney of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia,
on ~~~e?6 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing
to said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of safd
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, tro~ which said Board now finds that tha
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospecfiive public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT TS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utiZity easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia, as hereinaf~er more pa~ticularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the d.escription of said utility easement so
abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
That certain 10-foot public uti.lity easement lying
wa~th~.n Lot 6b of Paradise Pines Unit No. 5 as shown
on the subdi.vision recorded on August 20, 1970,
recorded in Book 35 Maps o~ Recozd at Pages 8S
through 91 i.n the County of Butte, State of California,
being more particul.arly descxibed as foJ.~.ows:
Beginning at the most easterJ.y corner of said Lot 66;
thence S 24°59' 48" W~.17. 36 feet; tktex~.ce N 61° 57.' 45"
W 10 fee~; thence N 24°29'48" E 117.36 feet to the
