This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the Counry of Butte, State of California,
on June 26 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Sutte County
Administration Building, Oroville, Californ~a, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THBREFORE, IT TS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in Che County
of Butte, State o~ Ca~ifornia, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description o~ said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the C~unty of Sutte, State of Cali£o~nia,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being two 10-foot-wide public utility easements on
Lot 9 of Paradise 1'ines Unit No;. 4 as said easeinen~s
are shown upon the map filed for record in Book 35
of Record Maps at pages 97, 98, 99, 100 and I01,
Butte County Records, more particulaxly described
as follows:
l. A s rrip of land of the uz~ifo~rm wa~dth of 10 feet
lying contiguous to and westerly of the easterly
boundary line of said Lot 9 and running from the
southerly boundary line of said Lot 9, N 13°13'39"
E.12S.10.feet to t~e northerly boundary line o£
said Lot 9. Excepting therefrom the northerly 25
feet th.ereof.
