~his matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supezvisors of the County of Butte, Sta~e of California,
o~ June 26 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Bur~e County
Administration Bui~ding, Oroville, California,and it appearing to
sa~d Board that a.Notice of fiime and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced a~ said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
PdOW, THEREFORE, TT TS HEREB° ORDERED as fo~lows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as ~ereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of Calzfornza,
and more par~icuZarly described as follows:
All those certain easements designated as public
uti~ity easements Iying within the boundary lines
of Lot 159 Paradise Pines Subdivision Unit No. 4,
more par~icularly described as follows:
B~ing that 12-foot easement lying adjacent to and
northeasterZy of the southwesterly line of Lot 159
and that 10-foot easement lying adjacent to and
northwesterly of the southeasterly line of Lot 159
of said subdzv~sion as recorded in Book 35 at Pages
97 through 10~, County of Butte, State of California.
3. That the C1erk of this Board shall cause a certi~ied
copy of this Reso~ution, w~th the seal of t~e Board of Supervisors
of the County o~ Butte, State of Caiifornia, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
