This matter came on regularly for hearing befoxe the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia,
on June 26 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice o~ Intention and Resolution to Abandon an
Alley and Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularly given as required by law, and testimony and
evidence, both oral and documentary, having been produced a~ said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereinafrer
described alley:, is unnecessary for present or prospective public
use.
NOW, ~H~R~FOR~, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. Tna~ the a11ey situate in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described, is
hexeby abandoned.
2. That the description of said abandoned a11ey is
situate in Che County of Butte, State of California, and more
particularly des~ribed as follows:
A~~ of that certain alley situated in BZock 38 as
shown on "The P~Iap of ThermaT.ito" and recorded in
the County of Butte, State of CaZifornia on Wall
Map No. 6, June 8, 1887
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certz.£ied
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California.
