J. Cato and others requesta~ng the abandonment of a public highway
(to wit, a portion of a County Highway) as described below; and
WH~REAS, pursuant to Streets and High,~ays Code §958 this
Board shall set a date for a hearing on th.e peCi~ion for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bp ~his Board:
1. Tb.at this Board hereby gives notice ~hat at its zegular
meeting on -Jufy 3T , 1979, at 10:00 o,~, , in the Board
Chambers, Butte Coun.ty Administration Building, Oroville, Cal~.fornia,
a nearing shall be held on the abandonment of the following descra.bed
public highway:
Al1 of Parcel A as shown on the Map of Wahoo Park
recorded May ~3, 1963, in Book 30 Maps of Record
at pages 18 and 19 County of Butte, State of
California.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of 3treets and Highways Code §958.
PASSED AND ADOPTED.by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 2bth day of June , 1979, by the following vote:
