Kinnaman and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et se .,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonmen~.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boa~d of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives noti.ce that at its
regular meeting on. .7uly 31 , 1979, at 10:00 a.m. , in
the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
Cal.ifornia, a hearing shall be held on the aban.donme~n.t of the
following described easeu~ent:
Seing two 10 foot public utility easements on Lot 10
and two 10 foot public u~iliry easements on Lot 11 of
Paradise Pines Unit ~~G., as said easemen~s are shown.
upon the map filed for record in Book 35 of Parcel
Maps at pages 97, 98, 99, 3.00 and 101, Bu~~e County
Records, more particularly described as follows:
A. Lo~ 10:
1. A strip of land of the uniform width of 10
feet lying contiguous to and easterly of the
westerly boundary line of said Lot IO and
running fxom ~he southerly baundary line of
said Lot 10 North 13°13'39" East 128.10 feet
to ~he no~Cherly boundary line of said Lot 10.
~xcepting therefrom the northerly 25 feet
~hereof.
2, A strip of land of the uniform width of 10
feet iying contiguous to and northerly of the
southerly boundary line of said Lot 10 and
running from the easterly boundary line of the
strip of land hereinbefore described and desig-
nated A1, North 82°12'46" West 75.39 feet to
the easterly boundary li.ne of said Lot 10.
Excepting therefrom the east~rly 20 feet thezeof.
B. Lot 11:

2. That this Resolu~ion be posted and pub~ished pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§5044a and 50~41.
