TO ABANDON A ~UBLIC UTILITY
WHEREAS, this Board has received a petitfon from R~dy
Rindlisbacher and others requesting the abandonment of a public
highway (to wit, a portion of Putnam Avenue) as described below;

tidfiEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code §958
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEItE~'dRE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That ~his Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on July 31 , 1979, a~ i0:00 a,m. , in the
Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Building; Oroville,
Californfa, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
~olLowing described public highway:
A portion of the West half of Section 10, T18N,
R4E, being t~at portion of Putnam Avenue as shown
on the map of Falermo Citrus Tract Subdivision ~~4,
recorded as Wall Map ~~16, County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Being Putnam Avenue, a 6Q-foot-wide right-ot-way,
bounded on the West by Lots 11 and 18, on the East
by Lots 12 and 17. Also bounded on the North by
the southerly right-of-way of Grubbs Road and on
the South by northerly right-of-way line of
Reservoir Raad.
Above-mentioned right-o~-way lines being located
30 feet from th,e centerline of said Grubbs and
Reservoir Roads.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Streets and Highways Code §958.
PASSED AND ADOPT~D by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 2bth a~y of June , Z97g, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Moseley, Wheeler and Chairman Lemke
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Winston
NOT VOTING : None
