the establishment o~ cash di.~ference funds and cash overage funds in
various county offices and courts; and
WHEREAS, the cash difference funds must be replenished from
time to time; and
WHEREAS, ttFe money in the overage funds must be transferred to
the county general fund periodically; and
WHEREAS, the Board o~ Supervisors desires to authorize ~he
Auditor to perform the fiunctions of the Board in the above respects.
NOW, ~HEREFOR~, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors o£
the County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
In accordance with the provisions of Government Code
Section 29380.1, tk~e Auditor of Bu~~e County is
authorized and directed to perform the functions o~
the Board to replenish the cash differenee ~unds and
to transfer money in the overage funds to the county.
