JUSTICE CQURT1S CA5H DTFFERENCE FIiND (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 2937~)
WHEREAS, the Board o£ Supervisors on January 28, 1975 adopted
Resolution No: 75--15, a resolution establishing a cash difference fund in the
Oroville Justice Court in the amoun~ of ~25.00; and
WFIEREAS said Resolution No. 75-15 was adopted pursuant to the
provisions of California Government Code Section 29370; and
WIiEREAS the Judge of ~he Oroville Justice Court desires to have the
cash difference fund increased to ~50.00;
NOW~ THER.~'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, 5tate of California as fo].lows:
1. Resolution No. 75-15 is hereby amended to increase the amount
of the cash difference fund in accordan.ce with Government Code Section 29370
from ~25.d0 to ~50.00.
2. The Auditor of Bu~~e County is hereby autho~ized and directed
to issue a warrant for the sum of ~25.00 in ~avor of the 6roville Jus~ice
Court o£ the County of Butteo
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board o~`Supexvisors this
lOth day of Ju7.y , 1979, by the following vote:
