No~l;ice o:E Intention to establish a coun-L-y service area to be entitled "COUN~Y SERUIC~

of said day, in the Bnard oi Supervisors' Roorr~ of the Butte Coun~y Courthouse, zn
the City o:f Oroville, Sta~e of California, as the ~ime and place for the public
hearing on the establ.ishmen~ of said area; and

Service Area No. 59;

that publication and notices rrere given pursuant ther~to, and that said Board
finds and deterrnines that the ertent to which the services described in 1:he
resolu-L•ion oF in~tention are e~tended county serv3.ces, and the City of Chico has
consented to the inclusion of a part of saa.d ci~y in said sesvice area.
