The Board of Sup~rvisors o£ the County of Butt~ resolves:
A public hearing for which nata.ce has been giv'en by publica-
t.ion, posting and mailing, has been h~~.d as to the pub~.ic con.venience
and necessa.~y af the improvements a.n C~.ark Road Assessr-ent Dis~.rict
NQ• . 2, County of But~~, State of. Cali.fornia.
This Board has hea~d and consa.dezed a11 th~ evidence, both
oral and written, re~atzve to the p~.bl.ic convenience and necessity
of the construct~on of -the ixnpravements, and finds that the pub~ic
convenience and necessity requa.~e the fo3.l.owing improvements proposed
to be constructed ~.n C1axk Road Assessmen~ Distric~.T.do. 2:
The construction of street and drainage improvements
in and al.ong C1,ark Road, fxam a point approxima~ely
200 feet nnrth of E~~.iott Road to Bi11e Road, includ-
ing curb and gutter, sidewalk and dritreways, tagether
wa.th all app~zrtenanc~s and facilities,
and further de~erzni.nes that the Specia~. Assessment Inves~a.gati.an,
Lim~.ta~ion and Majority ~Protest Act o~ 1.931. sha11 not apply to
these assessmen~ proceedings and ~.ha~. this project shall proceed in
accardance c,rith ~he terms and provisions o~ the Muna.ca,pal ~mprovement
Act of 197.3.
