The Soard af Supervisors hereby au~horizes the 17irector
of I~ublic Works to issue change orders for the work i.n C1.ark Road
Assessment Dis~ric~E No. 2, Coun~y o£ Butte, State of Cali~ornia
under the ~O~.l.Owing cond it ions :
I. To correct c~erical and technical errors in tne
~plans and specifications.
2. Ta modafy the design of the i.mprovemcnt ~o accord
with better engineerzng practice or to achieve economy
of cons~ruction.
3. To acijust ~he design of the improvement to ~tility
lacatians, Soil. condi.tions, az other conditions
~ unknown or uncertain when plans were drawn.
