RESOLLiTION A~iANDONING A PUBLIC iITILITY Et15EMENT
Tnis matter cam~ on reg=slar].y ~or hearin.g before the
Soard of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
an -~~~Y~7 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Ad~anistration Building, Oroville, Ca3.ifornia, and it appearing_to
sa~d l3oard ~ha.t a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonm~nt was duly and regulax~].y gi.ven as required by law, and
testi~.ony and evidence, both oral and documentazy, having been
proc3.uced a.t said hearing, from whzch said Boarc~ now ~inds that the
hereinaiter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or_ prospeetive public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
o~ Sutte, State of California, as herain.atter more particuZarly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public ut~i~~y easem~nt
so abandoned is situa.ted in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
A7.1 that certain i0-foot public ~~ility easement
lying within Lot 140 as shown on the Map of
"parad~.se Pines Unit No. 4," recorded qctober 1,

Excepting therefrom the northeasterly 30 feet.
