RESOLUTION ABAiQDON~NG A PUBLIC HIGH[dAY
This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Boa~•d of Supervisors of the Cov.nty of Butte, State ot' California,
on ___July_17 ____ , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
t?drr~inis~ration Buil.ding, Qroville, California, and it appearing to
s3-id Boax-d that a Notice of Time and. Place of Hearing of said
A.bancionment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimany and evidence, both. oral and documentary, having been
prociuce.d at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
h.ereina~ter described Public Highway (to wit, a portion o~ Rosehill
ktoad) is unnecessary for present or prospective publi.c use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERE~3Y OR~EREA as ~oi1oW~:
1. That the publzc highway situated in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereinatter more particularly described, is
hereby abandoned.
2: ~hat the description of said public highway so abandoned

thence along the following four courses to the true

478.62 feet, to the true point of beginning; thence
