WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 12th day of June, ~979, the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, adopted and passed a Resolution of No~ice
of Intention to estab].ish a county service area to be entitled "COUNTY SERVICE AREA
N0. b0"; and
WHER~l1S, said resolution fixed the 17th day o£ ~Tuly at 10:00 o'clock a.m.
of said day, in the Board of Supervisors' Room of the Butte County Courthouse, in the
City of Oroville, State of Ca].ifornia, as ~the time and plane for the public hearing
on the establishment of said area; and
WItEREAS, said B oard, a~ said ~ime and place, proceeded to hear arguments
both for and against the establishment of said area; and
WHEREAS, no written protests against the establishmen~ thereof were fil.ed
in accordance with Section 25210.17 of the Government Code; and
NOW, THEFcEFORE, BE 2T RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
1._ That said Board hereby finds and determines that proceedings herein were
conducted pursuant to Section 25210:1 e~ seq. of the Government Code, and that pub7.i-
cation and notices were given pursuan~ thereto, and that said. Boax~d finds and determines
that tne extent to which the services described in the resolution of intention are
extended county services.
2. That said Board hereby determines to establish said county service area.
3. That the boundaries o£.said service are hereby finally determined and
established as the same as are shown on Exhibit A, attacheci hereto and incorporated
herein by re~erence and made a part of this resolution.
4. That the name of saifl service area so established is "COUN'I.'Y SERVICE AREA
N0. 60 I~NSSEIVWOOD SUBDIVISION STREET LIGHTING -ISTRICT."
5. That the type of extended county service to be provided wi~hin said area
is street lighting. '

` 6. That a service charge suf~icient to pay for all such services which are
£urnished on an extended basis shall be anx~ually levzed upon each parcel within said
area. The service charge wili be assessed in accordance with Goverzlment Code SeCtion
~52~~.77a and Butte County Code Section 21-85 throngh 21-90.
7. That said county service area is established ~or all purposes subject
only to compliance with the xequirements of Chapter 8, Part 1, Division 2, Ti~le 5 0~
the Government Code and subject to the prov~sions of Article 2.5, Chapter 2.2~ Part 2,
Division 2~ Title 3 of the Government Code of•the State of California.
