of the County of Butte, State of Cali£ornia, adopted and passed a Resolution of Notice
of Intention to establish a county service area to be entitled "COUNTY SERVICE AREA

WHEREAS, said resolution fixed the 17th day of July at 'l0:00 o~clock a.m.
of said day, in the Board of Supervisors' Room of the Butte County Courthouse, in the
City of Orovill.e, State of California, as the ta.me and place for the public hearing
on the establishment of said area; and
WHEREAS, said Board, at said time and place, proceeded to hear arguments
both for and against the establishment of said area; and ,
WHEREAS:; no written protests agains~ the estab~a.shment thereof were filed
in accordance with Section 252'10.'l7 of the Government Code; axi.d,
NOW, THEf2EF'ORE, BE I'P RESOLVED by the Board o£ Supervzsors of the County
oi Butte, State of California, as,follows:
~. That said Board hereby finds and determines that proceedings herein were
conducted pursuant to Section 25210.1 et seq. of the Government Code, and that publi-
cation and notices were given pursuant there~o, and that said Board finds and determines
that the extent to which the services described in the resolution of intention are
extended coun~y services.
2. That said Board hereby determines to establish said county service area.
3. That ~he boundaries of said service are hereby finally determined arid
established as the satne as are shown on Exhiba.t A~ attache~ hereto and incorporated
herei.n by reference and made a part of this resolution.
4. That ~he name of said service area so established is "COUNTY SERVICE AREA
N0. 66 Peach Tree Place Street Lighting District."
5. That the type of ex~ended county service to be provided within said area
is street lighting.
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHZNG COUNTY SERVICE AREA
TO BE ENTITLED "COUNTY SERVICE AREA N0. 66"
(Government Code Sections 252'10.1 et seq.)
6. ~hat a service charge sufficient ~o pay for a11 such services which are
~urnished on an extended basis shall be annually levied upon each parcel wzthin said
area. The service charge will be assessed in accordance with Government Code Sectzon
252~o.77a and Butte County Code Section 2~-85 through 21-90.
7. That said county service area is established £or all purposes subject
only to compliance with the requirements of Chapter 8~ Part 'I, Division 2, ii~1e 5 of
the Government Code and subject to the provisions of Article 2.5, Chapter 2.2, Part 2,
Divisian 2, Title 3 of the Government Code of the State of Cali~ornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTEB by the Board o~ Supervisors of the County of Butte,
