The Board pf Supervisors o~ the Caunty o~ Butte re~al~es:
A map en,ta.tled "Proposed Bo~ndaries of Rancho de Thunder
Un,i.t 2 Assessment District, Bu~te County, Cali.tornia, " has been filed
with the County Clerk.
This Board app~oves the map and adopts the bo~tndaries shawn
on the map as describing the ex~ent of the ~erritory included in a
praposed assessm~nt district to be known as Rancho de Thund~r
Ass~ssmen~ District, Butte County, Ca~.ifornia.
This Board ~inds that the map ~.s in ~he ~orm and contains
the ma~ters prescribed by Section 3110 0~ the California Streets
and Highways Code.
Th~s Board directs the County Clerk to cer~i~y the adoption
of this resolution on the face of the map, and to 'fi~.e a capy of thc~
map w~th the County Recorder for pZacexnen~ in the Book of Maps of
Assessment Districts.
