THE CHICO MUNICIPAL COURT'S CASH DIFFERENCE FUND
(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 293701
~HEREAS, ~he Board of Supervisors on October 2, 1973 adopted
Resolution No. 73-~67, a resol~tion establishing a cash difference fund in
the Chico Municipal Court in the amount af $25.00; and
WHEREAS said Resolution No. 73-767 was adopted pursuant to the
provisions of California Government Code Section 29370; and
4lNEREAS the C1erk of the Chico Municipai Court desires to have the
cash difference fund increased to $50.00;
NOW, 7H~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board af Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California as follows:
1. Resolution No. 73-1b7 is hereby amended to increase the amount
of the cash difference fund in accardance with Government Cade Section 29370
from $25.~0 to $50.00.
2. The Auditor of Butte County is hereby autharized and directed
to issue a warrant fvr the sum of $25.00 in favor of the Chico Municipal Court
of the County of Butte.
