This matter came on regularly for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors o~' the County of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia,
on July 31 , 1979, in the Soa~d Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
test~.mony and evidence, both oral and documentarq, havin.g been
produced at said hearing, £rora which said~ Board no~r,r finds that the
h.ereinafter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospect~.ve public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT ZS HEREBY ORDER~b as follows:
1.~ That the publi.c utility easement s~tuated in the County
of Butte, State of California, as hereinafte~r mare particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public utility easament
so abandoned is situated in the County of But~e, State of California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Being two 10 foot public utilitp easements on Lot 10
and two 10 foot public utility easements on Lot 11 of
Paradise P~.nes Unit ~~4, as said easeznents are shown
upon Che map filed for record in Book 35 of Parcel
Maps at pages 97, 98, 99, 100 and 101, Butte County
Records, moze partzcularly described as follows:

1. A strip of land of the uniforzn width of 10
feet lying contiguous ~o and easterly of the
