said Board that a Notice o~ Time and Place of Hearing o£ said
Abandonment was au~y and zegularZy given as required by Iata, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, h.aving been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafter c~escri.bed Public Highway (CO wit, a portion of a County
Highway) is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY OIZDERED as tol.Iows:
1. That the public highway situated in the County of ButCe,
State of California, as hereinafter more particularly described,
is hereby abandoned.
2. That the d.escription of sazd public highway so
abandoned is situated in the Countq of Butte, State of Cal.ifornia,
and more particulary described as follows:
