MEYERS STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of ~he County of Butte,
State of Ca].i£ornia, did, on ~.he 1st day of March, 1977, adopt ~.~s
Resol.ution.of Intention ~o order improveme~ts ~o be dan~ in ~he Meyers
Street Assessment District No. 1; and
WHEREAS, on the 31s~ day af July~ 1979, the Board of Super-
visors ordered the work ~o be done in sai~. assessmen~ district;
NOW~ THEREFORE, ZT ~S HEREBY RE50LVED by the Board of Super-
•visors of the County of Bu~te, Californa,a, ~hat sealed proposais for
the doing of sai.d work and making of said improvements shall be
deliver~d ta the C~erk of the Board of SupErv~sors of the Coun.ty o~ Butte
a~ his of~ice ~n ~he But~e Coun~y Adznini,s~.arat:ive Bu~.I.ding, 7.859 Bird
Street, O~ovil~e, Califarnia, on Thursday, August 30, 1979, up to the
hour of 10 o'clock A.M. Sha~rtly thereafter on that date in the Adminis-
trat~.ve B~ilding, the CZer3c ot the Board and the Erigineer of Wark wi11
publ~.c~.y open, examine, read aloud and dec~are al~, bids received,
and therea~~ex will present all of them to the Board of Supezvi5ors
of ths County o~ Butte. The Baard of Supervisors reserves the
zigh~ ta rejec~E any and aIl pxoposa~s or bids should it deem ~his
necessary far th~ pub].ic good, and also the bid of any bidder who has
been delinqu~nt or unfai~hful in any former cantract with the Coun~.y of
Butte.
The Coun~ky Clerk of ~he County o~ Butte is hereby ordered to
give notice to con~ractors in the ~ime, form and manner provided by
law.
