RESOLUTTON FIXTNG R.ATE OF INTEREST
MEYERS STREET ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 1
The Board o~ Supervisars of the Caunty af B~tte resolves:
The Resolution of Intention to make improvements in the
Meyers S~reet Assessment District.No. 1, Butte County, Californ~.a,
adopted by this Board on March 1, 1977, speczfied that bonds to be
~.ssued to represent unpaid ass~ssments in this assessment district
would bear a maxa.mum intexes~ rate of eight pexcent (8~) per annum.
The Board of Supervisors hereby fixes the interest ra~e on
said bonds at eight percent {8~) per annuFn.
Bonds sha11 be issued to represen~ unpaid assessments of
One Hundred Fa.fty Dollars ($150.p0) or over in accordance with recent
xevisa.ons ~o the Tmprovement Act of 1911.
