The Board of Supervisors of the County of But~e resolves:
Pursuant to ~he provisions of Sec~ion 52~4.5 of the 5treets
and Highway~ Code, the Baaard ot Supervisors hereby det~rmines that
xx~ the~event that the contractor for the Meyers Street Assessm~nt
~istrict Na. l, Butte Co~nty, California, fails to complete th~ ~nrork
w~thin. the time limit specified ~n the speca.fications adopted by
this Board, or wi~hin such further ~im~ as this Board sha11 have
authorized, the cont~actor shall pay to the County o~ Butte ~.iquidated
damages in the amount of $100 per day for each and every caZ~ndar
days' delay.
