RESOLUT~ON AWARDING CONTRA,CT
CLARK ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 2
The Board o~ Supervxsors of the Coun~y of Butte reso~vese
The County of Butte has received pub~ic bids for the construc-
tion of ~.mprov~men~s in Clark Road Assessment Distr3.ct No. 2, Caunty
o~ Butte, State of California.
Th~ E~gineer of Work has rev~.ew~d the bids and now recommends
award of the canstruction cont~ac~. to the lowest responsib~.e bidder,
HAYWARD CONSTRUCTION, INC., whose b~.d price is $93,545.00.
The Board o~ Sup~rv~.sors there£ore awards the con~ract to
that bidder. All other bids are rejected.
The Board of Supervisors directs the County C1erk ta pub~ish
a not~ce of awa~d of contract.
The Board of Superv~sors authorizes~and directs the Chair--
man o£ the Board of Supervisors~and the County Clerk to sign the
written con-~ract for this construction w~hen it is presen~ed ~o them
~or signat~re, along with the surety bonds and inst~rance certificates
requ~.red by ~.he const~uction specifications.

I HEREBY CERTTFY that the fozegoing reso3.utian was duly and
regularly adopted by the Board of Supervisors o~ the Caun~y of Butte,
State o~ California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 7th '
day of August, 1979, by the fal~ow.ing vote, to wit:
