Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California,
on Au~ust 28 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration B~~ia~ng, Oroville, California, and i~ appearing ~Co
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearzng of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by lara, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
producec3 at said hearing, from which said Board now finds thaC tihe
hereinafter deseribed Public Highway (to wit, a portion of Putnam
Avenue} is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, Z'HEREF~RE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as fol~ows:
1. That the pubZic highway situated in the County of Butte,
State of California, as hereinafter more particuZarly described, is
hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public highway so abandoned
is situated in the Cou~ty of Butte, State of California, and more
particular~y described as follows:
A portion of the West hal£ o£ Section 10, T18N,
R4E, being that portion of Putnam Avenue as shown
on the map of Palermo Citrus Tract Subdivision ~k4,
recorded as Wall Map ~~16, County of Butte, State
of California, more particularly described as
follows:
Being Putnam Avenue, a_60-foot=wide ri.ght-of-way,
bounded on the West by Lots 11 and I8, on the East.
by Lots 12 and 17. Also bounded on the North by
the southerZy right-of-way of Grubbs Road and on
the South by northerly right-of-way line of
Reservoir Road.
Above-mentioned right-of-way lines being located
30 feet from the centerline of said Grubbs and
Reservoir Roads.

RESOLUTTON ABANDONING A PUBZIC HZGHWAY
3. That tne Clerk of this Soard shall cause a certified
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the Coun~y of Butte, State of Cali.fornia.
