Kath and others requesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50~40, et s~.,
this Board sha11 set a date for a heari~g on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLV~D by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that a~ its
regular meeting on october 23, , 1979, at 10:00 a.m.,
in the Board Chambers, Butte County Admznistration Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shaZ~ be he1~ on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
All that certain public utility easement Iocated
within Lot 35 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit No. 5 as recorded in Book 35 Maps of
Record at Page 89 in the County of Butte, State of
California, being more particularly described as
fo~~ows:
Beginning at the most westerly corner of said Lot
35; thence N 34°44'55" E, 20 feet to the True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing N 34°44'S5" E, 106.71
feet; thence S 50°48'08" E, 10 feet; thence S 34°44'
55" W, 106.7~ feet to a point ot being 20 feet north-
east of the southwesterly line of Lot 35; thence
northwesterly parallel with and 20 feet northeasterly
of the southwesterly line of Lot 35 to the True Point
ot Beginning.
2. That this Resolutioa be posted and published pursuant
to the pxovisions o~ Goverrunent Code g§50440 and 50441.
