Heald and othexs xequesting the abandonment of a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Code §§50440, et se .,
this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on October 23 , 1979, at ~O:OU a,~,,
in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Suilding, Orovil.le,
California, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following descri.bed easement:
Being a portion of Section 35, T23N, R3E, NIDB&M,
also being tha~ certain 10-foot public utility
and recreational easement as shown on Lot 214 of
Paradise Pines Country C~ub Estates Unit No. 4
as recorded in Book 38 Maps of Record at Pages 69
through 73, Coun~y of Butte, State o£ California,
more par~icularly described as follows:
A11 of ~hat ld-foot public utility and recreational
easement lying southwester~.y on the following-
described line; begznn~ng at the most northerly
corner of Lot 219; thence S 53°41'2U"E, 134.23 feet;
thence S 19°30'22"E 54.33 feet to the end of said
line.
2, That this Resolution be posted and pub~.ished pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
