Mar~in and others requesting the abandonment of an alley as
described be~ow; and
WH~REAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code §958, this
Board shall set a date tor a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meering on Oetober 23, , 1979, at 10:00 a,m. , in
the Board Chambers, Bu~re County Administxati.on Building, Orovill.e,
California, a hearing shall be he~d on tkte abandonment of the
following described alley:
All that certain 15-foot alley that l.ies witha.n
Block 26 as shown on the Map of ~hermalito recorded
June 8, 1887 on Wa11 Map No. 6 Maps of Records in
Sutte County, State of Cala.fornia.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Streets and Highways Code §958.
