Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Californza,
on Septemberl8 , 1979, in the Board Chamber, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appeaxirr.g to
said Board that a Natice of Time and Place o£ Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Boax~d now £a.nds that the
hereinafter described Pu~lic Highway (to wit, a porta.on of Putnam
Avenue) is unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, I'F IS HER~BY ORD~RED as ~oiioWS:
1. Z'hat the public highway situated i.n the County ot Butte,
State of California, as hereinafrer more particularly described, is
hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said public highw~ay so abandoned
a~s sztuated in the County of Butte, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of the west half of Section I0, TISN,
R4E, being that portion of Putnam Avenue as sho~,rn
on th.e map of Palermo Citrus Tract Subdivision ~~4,
recorded as Wall Map ~k16, County of Butre, Sta~e
of California, more particularly described as
Pollows:
Being Putnam Avenue, a 60.00 ~oot wzde right of raay,
bounded on the west by Lot 11 of said subdivision;
bounded on the east by Lot 12 of said subdivision; ~
bounded on the north by the souther~y right of way ~:
of Grubbs Road, being 30.00 feet from the centerline ~
of Grubbs Road; and bounded on the south by the ~
westerly extension of the south line of said Lot 12. ~:
