(to wit, a portion of Butte Meadows Dump Access Road) as described
below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code §95b.8

this Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition ~or
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~~ ZT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its regular
meeting on ~ctober 30
, 1979, at ~0:30 a,m., in the Board
Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville, California,
a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the following described
public highway:
A portion of the NW i/4 of the SW 1/4 of Secta.on 28
and a portion of the N 1/2 of the S 1/2 of Secti.on 29,
T26N, R4E, MDB&M, more particularly described as

A strip of land 40.00 feet wide lying 20.00 fee~ on

to the provisions of Streets and Highways Code §958.
