Butte Council, Cal,ifornia, on the 30th day of Augus~r 1979, a~
a pub~.ic meeting, publ3cly opened, ex~tin~d and declared all sea~ed
propasals for doa.ng ~he raork and improvements descr~.bed in Resa~.ution
a~ rnten.t~.on No. 77-40, Meye~s 5treet Assessment District No. 1,
wh~.ch said Reso7.ution o~ Tntention was adopted on the lst day of
March, ~977, and is hereby expressly referred to for a desc~iption
of said work and a.mpro~ements, and for all particulars relative to
the prQCeedings unde~ said Resa~.ution o~ Intention,• and
WHEREAS, said bids, after being pubZicly opened, examined
and declared, were re~'erred to the Engineer of Work, were calccxZated
by them, and thair r~part thereon returned ~o the County C1.erk; and
the ~eport of the resul~s of the bidding was regorted to the Board.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County o~ Butte, Californza, as fo~lows:
1. The Board of Supervisars hereby finds and deterrnines

2. The Board a~ Supervisors does hereby reject aIl of the
