and Highways Code (Tmproveznent Act of 1913.), the Board of Supervisors

0.375~ of subject payroll over an estimated 15-year period.
The first 12-month cost of ~mplementation is es~imated a~ $57,666
based upon the act~ar~a7 assumption and current county payro7l
cost.
The b~nef~t change and the cos~ estimate are a matter af pubiic
record having b~en discussed by the Board of Supervisors during
the budget hearings and incorporated into the Butte County budget
far f~scal year 1979-80.
