County service areas are proposed to be establi.shed under the ~erms o#' the aforesaid chapter ~.n the una.ncorporated area of Butte County: The boundary lines o£ the territories proposed for inclusion in the area az~e in Exhibi~ A attached here~ta and made a part hereof by this reference. 2. The names proposed for said county service areas are CSA ~ 67 Vista Del Cerro Street Lighti.ng, CSA `~'.68 Crestwood Street Lighting, CSA # 69 Lindo Gardens S~ree-~ Lighting, CSA #~ 70 Joshua 7.'ree #I. The service charge wi11 be assessed in accord2nce with Covernment Code Section 2521.0.77a and Butte County Code Section 21-$5 through 21-90. Said service charge will not be assessed until after review and adoption of a repox~~ to be considered at a public hearing scheduled for the 19g0-$1 fiscaZ year. 5.
