State oP California has heretofore set the time and place for hearing
and fixing the final budget as on the 24th day ot July, 1979, in
the Board ofi Superviso~s Room in the Butte County Admin.i.strata.on
~uilding, Oroville~ California; and
WHEREAS, said hearizzg was con~inued'from day to day and
conc~uded on the date hereof; and
WHEREAS, such increases or additions that were proposed in
writing and filed with said Board before the clase af said budget
hear~.ngs were considered by said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'I'HE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of
the County of Butte, State of Cali~ornia, that the appropriations
now contained in the proposed budget as revised by the Board at the
public hearings and ~ecoxded in the m~.nutes thereof are hereby
declared adopted and the various object appropriations there~.n
speci£ied are as follows:

The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Winston who
moved its adoption, seconded by 5upervisor Moseley, and said Resolution
was passed this 25th day o~ September, 1979 on roll ca11 by the
following vote:
