W~?.EAS~ the County of Butt,e is desirous of purchasing groperty
for F`ire Departmen~E purposes in the Chzco Area; and
WHII~EAS, it appears that certain property has been found which is
suitabl.e and available on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Board o£
Supervisors.
NOW~ T~TF'REFC3RE, BE IT RESOLUED that the C1erk of thi.s Board be ordered
~o pub3ish in accor@ance with the law the followir~g notice of intention to
purchase real property:
"NQTICE OF ZN7,'ENTSON OF CbUN'1'i" T~ PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY
' "No~tice of intention to purchase real property the purchase
price of which is in excess of $3,000.
"Notice is hereby given that on N'ovember 6, 1q79, at 10:00 a.m.
at Z$59 Bird Street, Oroville, the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte will meet to consummate the purchase of the following real
property:
1. Al1 that, certain real property described: 'Lot Z0, as shown on
that certain map enta.tled, 'Amended Map of ~'ronteir Village
Subdivision,' which Map was filed in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Butte, State of California, November 1$, 1971,
in Book 3$ of Maps, at pages 76 and 77•'
2. Uendor: George S. a.nd;Sally K. Dimas
3. Price: $49,000."
