R~SOLUTION 79-1.72
WH~REA,S, on August 28, 1979e the Board o£ Supervisors adopted Resolution
79-172 fiacing various tax rates per one hundred dollars (~100.00) of assessed value,
to be applied to the taxable assessed va~ues wi~hin the boundaries of the respective
en~ities on the 1979-80 Secured Proper~y Tax Roll; and
1~1H~RFas, Resolutzon 79~~72 was adopted utilizing estimates for those tax
ra~es which were to be used to raise revenues required to meet annual payments on
voter approved bonds and other indebtedness~
NOW, THEREE'ORE, BE IT RFSOLV~D by the Board of Supervisors of the County
o£ Butte, State of CaJ.~.fornia, as folJ.ows:
1. That saa.d Boaxd does hereby amend section 3 of Resolution 79-172
~o read as follows:

per one hundred doJ.lars ($J.00.00) o£ assessed
value~ as hereinafter set forth~ to be appl~.ed to
the taxable asseseed values within the boundaries
of the respective entities on the 1979-80 Secured
Property Taa~ Ro11, as compa.led by the Cour~ty
Assessor az~.d the S~ate Board of Equal~.zata.on, to
raise revenues required to meet annual paym~nts
on voter approved bonds and other indebtedness.
Revenues derived from such tax rates and levies
sha7_7~ be dis~xi.buted ~o the vara.ous enta.~a.es
pursuant to prevailing 1aw.
PA,SSED AND AD(}PTED this 5th day of October, 1979, by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors by the £o1.J.owing vote:
