Wasilenko and others requesting the abandonment o~ a public utility
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, purs~ant to Government Code §§50440, et seg.,
this Board shall se~ a date for a hearing on the getition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. Th.at this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on November 6 , 1979, at 10:00 a•~-• , in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administration Bui~ding, Oroville,
Ca7.ifornia, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easemeret:
A11 those cer~ain public utility easements as shown
of Lot 299 of Paradise Pznes Unit No. 4 recorded in
Book 37 at Paga I01 Maps of Record, County of Butte,
State of California, more partzcu~arly described as
follows:
1. All that 12-foot public uCila.ty easement
lying east of and adjacent to the following--
described Iine, commencing at the northwest
corner of Lot 299; thence S O1°18'44" E, 66.43
teet to the end of said line.
2. All that 10-foot public utility easement
lying south of and adjacent to the north
line of said Lot 299, commencing at a point
on said north line rhat lies N 88°41'16° E,
12 ~eet from the no~^~Chwest corner of Lot 299;
thence aiong said north li.ne N 88°41'i6" E, a
distance of 93 feet to the end of said line.
2. That this Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 504/~1.
