Cunningham and others requesting the abandonment of a public u~iZi~y
easement as described below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Government Cade §§50440, et se .,
this Board shaZl set a date for a hearing on the petition for
abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors:
1. That this Board hexeby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on
November 6
, 1979, at 10:00 a.m., in
the Board Chambers, Butte County Administrarion Building, Oroville,
California, a hearing shall be held on the abandonment of the
following described easement:
A 10.00 foot strip of land southerly of and adjacent
to rhe northezly line of Lot I7 as shown on that
certain mag of Pazadise Pines Unit No. 2, recorded
in Map Sook 35 at Page 74 of Butte County Official
Records, bounded on the west by a line 50.00 feet
eastezlq of and parallel with the centerline of
Masterson Way and bounded on the east by a line Z0.00
~eet northwesterly of and parallel with the south-
easrerly line of said Lot 17.
2. Tha~ ~his Resolution be posted and published pursuant
to the provisions of Government Code §§50440 and 50441.
