RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE DEPARTT~NT ~F PUBLIC WORKS TO EI~FORCE PART 2.1
OF DIVISION 13 OF HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE RELATING TO MOBZLE HOMES
WHEREAS, Section 18300 of the ~ea7.th and Safety Code
requires that "Every city, county or city and county, within its
jurisdiction shall enforce all of the provisions o.f this part and the
regulations adopted pursuant thereto, as they relate to mobile homas
and to mobi.le home accessory buildings or structures located outside
of mobile home parks".
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Ca~ifornia, hereby
, direct the Department of Public Works to enforce all of the provi.-
sxons of Part 2.I. of Division 13 of the Health and Safety Code and
the regulations adopted pursuant thereto, as they relate to mobile
homes and mobile home accessory bui~.dings or structures located out-
' , side mobil.e home parks.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ~ees for mobile homes
and mobile home accessory buildings sha11 be as set forth for build-
ings in Chapters 26, 26B, 27 and 28 of the Butte Coun~y Code and in
addition, the following fees shall be collected by the Department of
' Public Works:
1. Electric permit flat rate o~ $J.5.00 for
mobile home station.
2. Plumbing permit ~lat rate of $10.00 for
each gas pi.ping, water piping, and buiZding
' sewer for a mobile home station.
3. Mobile home instiallation fee of $40.00.
' 4. If work is commenced before obtaining a
permit therefor, the above prescribed fees
shall be ~ripled.

B~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution will take
effect on November 13, ~979.
