Mrs. Klocker az~d others requesting the abandonment of an unnamed
street describea below; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Stireets and Highways Code §958, this
Board shall set a date for a hearing on the petition for abandonment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board:
1. That this Board hereby gives notice that at its
regular meeting on November20 ~~979, at 10:00 a,m., in
the Soard Chambers, Butte County Administration Building, Oroville,
Cali~ornia, a hearing sha11 be held on the abandonment of the
following described unnamed street:
A11 that portion of that certain unnamed street as
shown on the Map of Thermali~o recoxded on Wall Map
~~6, County of Butte, State of California, m.ore
particularly described as follows:
Being an 80-foot-wide strip of land bounded on the
north by the south line of Slock 28; bounded on the
south by the north line of Block 29; bounded on the
west bq the east line of Sixth Street and on the
east by the westerly bluff of the Feather River.
2. That ~his Resol.ution be posted and published pursuant
to the proviszons of Streets and Highways Code §958.
