Board ot Supervisors of the Coun~y of Butte, State of California,
on October 23 , 1979 , in the Board Chambers , Butte County
Administration Suilding, Oroville, Cali~ornia, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing of said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereina~ter described Public Utility Easement is unnecessary for
present or prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, TT TS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the public utility easement situated in the County
of Bu.tte, State of California, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description o£ sai.d pub].zc uti~.ity easemenC
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State af California,
and more particularly described as foJ.lows:
Being a portion,of Section 35, T23N, R3E, NIDB&M,
also being ~hat cer~ain 10-fooe public utility
and recreation.al easement as shown on Loti 219 of
paradise Pines Country Club ~sta~es Unit No. ~
as recorded in ~ook 38 Maps o£ Record at Pages 69
through 73, County of Butte, State of California,
moxe particu~.azly described as fo].lows:
All of that 10-foot public utility and recreational
easement lying southwesterly on the following-
described line; beginning a~ the most northerly
corner of Lot 219; ~hence S 53°rl'20"E, I34.23 feet;
thence 5 19°30'22"E, 54.33 feet to the end of said
line.
3. That the Clerk of this Board shall cause a certified
copy of this Itesolution, with the seal of the Board of Supervisors o
