Board of Supervisors of the County of But~e, State of California,
on October23 , Zg7g, in the Board Cha~bers, Butte County
Administration Building, Orovzlle, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Time and Place of Hearing o£ said
Abandonment was duly and regularly given as required by law, and
testimony and evidence, both oral and documentary, having been
produced at said hearing, from which said Board now finds that the
hereinafte~ described Public Utility Easemen~ is unnecessary for
present o~ prospective public use.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as fol].ows:
l. That the public utility easement situated in the Coun.ty
of Butte, State of Cal~fornia, as hereinafter more particularly
described is hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said utility easement
so abandoned is situated in the County of Butte, State of California,
and more particularly described as ~ollows:
All tha~ certain public utility easement Iocated
wiehin Lot 35 as shown on the Map of Paradise
Pines Unit No. 5 as recorded in Book 35 Maps of
Record at Page 89 in the County of Butte, State of
California, being more particularly described as
fol~.ows :
Beginning a~ the most westerly corner of said Lot
35; thence N 34°44'55" E, 20 feet to the 'True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing N 34°44'55" E, 106.71
feet; thence S 50°48'08" E, 10 feet; thence S 34°44'
55" W, 106.7I feet to a point of being 20 feet north-
east of the southwesterly line of Lot 35; thence
northwesterly parallel with and 20 feet northeasterly
of the southwesterly line of Lot 35 to the Tzue Point
of Beginning.
2. That the Clerk of this Board shaJ.l cause a cezta.~i.ed
