This matter came on regularZy for hearing before the
Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of CaZifornia,
o~ October23 , 1979, in the Board Chambers, Butte County
Administration Building, Oroville, California, and it appearing to
said Board that a Notice of Intention and Reso~ution to Abandon an
A11ey and Notice of Time and P1ace of Hearing of said Abandonment
was duly and regularZy given as required by 1aw, and testimony and
evidence, both ora~ and docu~entary, having been produced at said
hearing, from which said Board now finds that the hereina£ter
described a~1ey is unnecessary for present or prospective public
use.
NOW, THEREFORE, TT TS HEREBY ORDERED as follows:
1. That the alley situate in the County o~ Butte, State
of California, as hereinafter more particularly described, a.s
hereby abandoned.
2. That the description of said a~.ley abandoned is
situate in the County of Butte, State of California, and mo~e
particulaxly described as fo~.lows:
All that certain 15-foot alley that ].ies within
B1ock 26 as shown on the Map of Tliermalito recorded
June 8, 1887 on Wa11 Map No. 6 Maps of Records in
Sutte County, State of California.
3. That the Clerk of thzs Board shall cause a certifisd
copy of this Resolution, with the seal of the Board of Super~crisors
of the County of Butte, State o~ Cali£orn.ia, to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, Statie of California.
